At WEBEFLY, we are committed to moving your business from “Routine to Remarkable.” We want you to feel confident in your investment. Because our services involve custom digital labor and senior-level expertise, we have designed a policy that is fair to both your business and our craftsmen.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Before we finalize any project, we provide a “Review Milestone.” If you are not satisfied with the initial direction of your SEO Strategy or Website Design during this first phase, we will work with you to make it right. Your success is our primary metric.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Full Refunds: You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that work on your “Digital Foundation” or “Search Intelligence” has not yet begun.
  • Partial Refunds: If you wish to cancel after work has started but before the final delivery, you may be eligible for a partial refund. In these cases, we deduct a 30% “Kill Fee” to cover the senior hours already invested in your audit and research, and we refund the remaining balance.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

To protect the integrity of our work, refunds cannot be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Final Delivery: Once the final SEO Kit, Blueprint, or Website has been delivered to you, the service is considered complete and non-refundable.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any fees paid to third parties (such as domain registration, premium hosting, or paid software licenses) are non-refundable.
  • Algorithm Shifts: As search engines are controlled by third parties (Google, Bing, etc.), we cannot offer refunds based on future algorithm updates that occur after our work is successfully implemented.

4. How to Request a Refund

We aim to make this process as easy as possible. If you feel that our service hasn’t met the “Remarkable” standard we promised, please reach out to us:

5. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
